We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing operations, driving efficiency, and enhancing the effectiveness of our campaigns. This individual will leverage their expertise in tools like Marketo and Salesforce to manage campaigns, streamline processes, and contribute to Navan’s growth trajectory.
This is a global role requiring close collaboration with teams in different time zones, including regular interaction with colleagues in Israel.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage the configuration, maintenance, and hands-on creation of campaigns in Marketo, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of the marketing technology stack, aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize marketing and sales processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams across time zones to drive integrated campaigns and improve data quality.
- Monitor and refine lead enrichment, scoring, and qualification processes to improve lead management.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analysis to support data-driven decisions.
- Manage data governance and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in global markets.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience in marketing operations or technology will also be considered.
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally in global SaaS or technology companies.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and managing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce CRM, with a proven track record of optimizing engagement for large-scale databases.
- Deep understanding of lead management, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics.
- Expertise in database management, platform integrations, and marketing technology tools (experience with Full Circle Insights, ThoughtSpot, outreach, or Chili Piper is a plus).
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to effectively manage projects and collaborate across global teams.
- Marketo certification and familiarity with attribution modeling are strong advantages.
