DealMaker is a fast-growing fintech company revolutionizing the capital markets ecosystem with a mission to make online capital raising mainstream. We empower founders, CEOs, and operators to raise capital digitally, both from their own communities and through strategically marketed campaigns. No other platform provides an end-to-end solution like ours—and our track record speaks for itself, with over $2B raised across 1,000+ campaigns. We power the largest online capital raises for customers like EnergyX ($88M), Green Bay Packers ($65M), Miso Robotics ($72M+), Monogram Orthopaedics (Nasdaq:MGRM) and many others, with 3 IPOs in the past year alone. We are quickly expanding our horizons and are seeking talented team members to join us on our journey to transform the global capital market.

Who Are You
We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to build and lead a partner network that compounds. You will own the relationships with our most valuable allies: venture capital firms, investment banks, and stock exchanges.
This role is equal parts market-facing brand ambassador and analytical operator. You will represent DealMaker in "high-signal" rooms—private dinners, conferences, and boardrooms—while simultaneously building the structured workflows that turn a handshake into a consistent stream of qualified issuer opportunities.

What You Will Do
Strategic Partner Development & Deal Creation
- Identify and secure partnerships with VC/Growth Equity firms, Investment Banks, and Market Infrastructure providers.
- Design partner "offers" with clear economic logic, defining how DealMaker and the partner co-create value.
- Drive the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and concept to signed agreement and launch.
Brand Ambassadorship & Event Strategy
- Act as a high-energy representative at industry conferences and private salons.
- Host and coordinate intimate executive gatherings (roundtables, investor dinners) to build deep trust with senior decision-makers.
- Develop a reputation as a credible, commercially sharp expert in the capital markets ecosystem.
Program Management & Execution
- Create repeatable partner motions: referral workflows, co-marketing templates, and sales enablement materials.
- Build and manage joint business plans with partners, including quarterly pipeline reviews and performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Legal to ensure a seamless experience for both partners and issuers.
Executive Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders at partner firms, managing relationships with high EQ and discretion.
- Orchestrate internal executive participation (CEO/CRO) in key meetings to accelerate high-value alliances.

What You Need
Experience:
- Demonstrated 5+ years in partnership development, BD, or capital markets coverage (VC, Private Equity, or Investment Banking).
- Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue and turning networking into measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience in fintech, wealth-tech, or regulated financial environments is highly preferred.
Traits & Skills:
- The "Art": Naturally social with high presence; able to build trust quickly with executive stakeholders.
- The "Science": Structured operator who values CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, and data-driven optimization.
- Grit & Autonomy: A "zero-to-one" builder who thrives in ambiguity and prioritizes speed over perfection.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and narrative skills—can distill complex fintech value propositions into compelling pitches.

What Success Looks Like (Year 1)
- Portfolio Growth: 5–10 strategically meaningful partners signed and actively referring deals.
- Pipeline Impact: A measurable increase in qualified issuer opportunities attributed to the partner channel.
- Market Presence: A solidified "top-of-mind" status for DealMaker within key venture and capital market circles.

The base salary for this role starts at $125,000, with final compensation determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for participation in our Sales Plan, a commission-based variable compensation program structured with a 60/40 split (60% base / 40% variable), designed to reward strong performance and results.

Founded in 2018 by leading capital markets lawyers, DealMaker has blazed its own trail as the leading online capital-raising platform. As a Series A tech startup, we are well-capitalized, firmly established in our market, and ready to scale. Here’s why you should want to join us:
-Competitive compensation with the opportunity to earn equity—get into a growth company on the ground floor
-A diverse & distributed team of doers, innovators, and experts
-Shared employee benefit plan (medical, vision, & dental)
-Strong autonomy with support from leadership
-Annual learning support And more!
