The Role

TripleLift is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape and will be well connected with DSPs, Agencies, and Brands. As a Partner Manager, you will work on our most strategic holding company business. You will be well versed in all aspects of the TripleLift product suite and be able to build strategy and then effectively execute against them. You know how to think through a brand’s business needs and develop creative solutions. You love learning new technology and teaching it to others. You’re a jack-of- all-trades – you’re comfortable with campaign troubleshooting as you are with leading a client status call. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving the best client experience and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of mid-tier, high-profile programmatic accounts, driving long-term value, retention, and revenue growth
  • Define, execute against, and exceed quarterly revenue and operational key results
  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Deliver proactive, data-driven insights and performance optimization recommendations across campaigns and programmatic strategies
  • Lead client-facing deliverables including campaign recaps, renewal discussions, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to onboard new customers efficiently and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on TripleLift’s platform, products, and programmatic best practices, providing consultative guidance to clients
  • Communicate product updates and new feature releases to clients, translating capabilities into clear business value
  • Partner cross-functionally with Campaign Management, Product, Yield, and Operations to support RFPs, inventory forecasting, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc client needs
  • Provide feedback and insights to Product Management to help inform roadmap priorities and platform enhancements
  • Support team development by informally mentoring junior  Partner  Managers and assisting with onboarding as needed

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Partner Relationship Management: Proven track record of growing accounts by building strong, trusted relationships with brand and agency partners, including experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM-based marketing campaigns
    Strategic & Data-Driven Thinking: Uses performance data, marketplace insights, and programmatic metrics to recommend optimizations, renewal strategies, and opportunities to expand spend; experience working with RTB environments, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and optimization platforms is a plus
  • Communication & Influence: Communicates clearly and confidently with clients and internal stakeholders, positioning TripleLift as a strategic partner and translating technical concepts into actionable business insights
    Time Management & Prioritization: Effectively manages multiple accounts and initiatives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work to meet deadlines and performance goals
    Collaboration & Ownership: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across Sales, Campaign Management, Product, Yield, and Operations to drive business forward
  • Execution & Operational Excellence: Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while overseeing campaigns end-to-end, supported by advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and analysis of large data sets
  • Learning Mindset: Seeks continued learning opportunities to deepen expertise in ad tech, programmatic media, and evolving digital advertising ecosystems
    Motivation & Drive: Self-motivated starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and takes ownership of outcomes
  • Achievement Orientation: Demonstrates proven academic and/or professional achievement

Education Requirement

A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.

Experience Requirement

5-7 years of online advertising experience required; 4+ years of client-facing experience.

US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
