Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Sr. Consultant to join our team. As a Sr. Premier Services Consultant at Mosaic, you will be a trusted partner to our clients by consulting and supporting them through the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of multiple modules within UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions).  This role reports to a Premier Services Leader.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary functional resource providing strategic consultation to an assigned portfolio of Premier Services clients, aligning UKG Pro capabilities with business and workforce priorities.
  • Build and maintain WFM roadmaps that turn client goals and workforce challenges into a prioritized plan of work.
  • Lead complex UKG Pro WFM initiatives end to end, coordinating delivery activities, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and client expectations.
  • Design, configure, validate, and optimize advanced UKG WFM solutions that meet business requirements and follow leading practices.
  • Produce client-facing deliverables that drive adoption: design documentation, test artifacts, training materials, and solution recommendations.
  • Run client meetings that drive decisions, and keep client and internal stakeholders aligned on status, risks, and next steps.
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities, training needs, and additional services that strengthen account health and grow client value.
  • Manage priorities, scope, and contracted capacity across your Premier Services accounts, appropriately adapting when client demand exceeds available hours.
  • Develop accurate effort estimates and support forecasting, staffing, and resource planning while proactively identifying, communicating, and mitigating delivery, scope, timeline, resource, and client risks.
  • Mentor consultants and new hires, lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, and contribute to practice improvements that strengthen the Premier Services organization.
  • Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed!

 

What makes you successful:

Need to haves:

  • 5–7 years of UKG partner consulting experience delivering UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Dimensions)
  • Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and guide stakeholders toward effective solutions in a consulting or advisory capacity
  • Expert UKG Pro Workforce Management timekeeping, accruals and additional modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work

Nice to haves:

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
  • UKG Pro WFM Attendance, Absence, Analytics and/or Boomi integrations
