About the job

The Presales Operations team plays a critical role in helping Wiz's Solutions Engineering organization operate effectively and scale as the business continues its pace of hypergrowth. As Wiz continues to evolve as part of Google Cloud, we are seeking an operator to partner with regional Solutions Engineering leadership to drive operational excellence.

As a Senior Presales Operations Analyst, you will act as a dedicated partner to regional and sub-regional Solutions Engineering leaders. Your focus will be on the execution and continuous improvement of existing processes. You will manage regional operating rhythms, interpret business insights, and ensure the regional field teams have the systems and support needed to execute effectively.

This role sits at the dynamic intersection of business operations, data, systems, and field execution. The strongest candidates will be curious operators who can identify what the business needs, connect dots across teams, and build scalable solutions rather than simply managing existing processes.

To thrive in this role, you should believe the future of RevOps is about orchestrating business efficiency and enjoy the challenge of scaling processes. You naturally connect the dots across field execution, data, systems, processes, and cross-functional teams, and you want to understand how the business actually works and where friction exists. You are constantly asking how the organization can operate more effectively at scale—whether through better data, smarter systems, streamlined processes, automation, or AI. You are comfortable with ambiguity, bring a clear point of view, and take ownership beyond the immediate task in front of you as a true partner to the business, helping leaders not only understand what is happening, but determining what we should do next.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with regional Solutions Engineering leaders as an embedded operational partner to understand their specific priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Execute and refine the operating rhythms used to run the regional Solutions Engineering organization, including regional business reviews, performance inspection, and ongoing operational cadences.
  • Utilize existing reporting and BI tools to provide leaders with visibility into business health, identifying regional trends and risks to support faster, better-informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve regional workflows by simplifying existing processes and removing operational friction to create a more scalable environment.
  • Partner with the GTM Analytics team to communicate regional data needs and translate field requirements into clear requests for improved self-service reporting.
  • Collaborate with GTM Systems teams to refine regional tool adoption, improve data quality within the CRM, and ensure workflows support field productivity.
  • Drive regional operational initiatives from identification through successful implementation, ensuring solutions are scaled effectively across the sub-region.
