As a Senior Pricing & Growth Analyst on ClickUp’s Pricing & Packaging team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we grow and monetize our products. You’ll combine quantitative data and qualitative research to uncover opportunities that directly impact revenue and adoption.

What You’ll Do
  • Uncover growth & monetization opportunities by applying evidence-based thinking across quantitative data, competitive intelligence, and qualitative insights.
  • Evaluate product experiences to identify friction points and adoption opportunities, guided by product instincts and customer empathy.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses to surface key insights and answer critical business questions.
  • Partner closely with product, design, research, marketing, and executive leadership to refine pricing strategies, improve product experiences, and plan product launches.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to track market trends and stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Monitor AI unit costs and SaaS financial metrics of key product offerings.
  • Run customer research through surveys, user interviews, and A/B tests to inform pricing hypotheses.
Who You Are
  • Proven experience helping a SaaS company grow or monetize its product through a mix of pricing strategy, growth experimentation, and customer-driven insights.
  • Strong first-principles thinking, with ability to question assumptions and form logic-driven hypotheses
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing large amounts of data using SQL, Python, R, VBA, or similar.
  • Experienced in transforming raw data into meaningful insights through storytelling, benchmarking, and multi-dimensional analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficient in qualitative research, applying surveys and user interviews to gather insights
  • Relentless ownership, with a mindset of accountability and proactive problem-solving
  • Obsessed with greatness, demonstrated through continuous improvement, mastery of craft, and setting the highest standards.
  • Highly effective, turning strategy into results by simplifying complexity and driving meaningful outcomes.
Bonus if you have:
  • Hands-on experience taking a product from 0 to 1
  • Built machine learning models or applied advanced data science techniques
  • Strong instincts for providing feedback that sharpens product design and copy.

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$125,000$162,500 USD
