You’ll take ownership of key parts of the experience, working alongside a principal designer, a product managers, and a team of engineers to reimagine how creators publish across formats like video, audio, writing, and more. Your work will directly shape the tools that help creators earn a living doing what they love.

  • Design thoughtful, high-quality product experiences across the post creation flow—from early exploration through final execution

  • Work cross-functionally to deeply understand creator needs, test ideas, and ship impactful solutions

About You

  • 3+ years of crafting end-to-end product design experiences

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction design, visual craft, creativity, and clear product thinking

  • Ability to simplify complex workflows without sacrificing power or flexibility

  • Comfortable working in iterative cycles—sketching, prototyping, testing, and refining

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across design, product, and engineering

  • A deep care for creators and the tools that support their creative process
