Your Career

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer - a highly skilled designer driven by curiosity, creativity, and a passion for elevating the user experience.
In this role, you’ll help define the future of the Cortex ecosystem, crafting experiences that make cybersecurity accessible, intelligent, and human-centered. You’ll play a key part in shaping design direction, mentoring others, and influencing how users interact with our most advanced security products.

Your Impact

• Define and drive end-to-end user experiences across multiple Cortex products
• Lead cross-product initiatives, simplifying complex data and security workflows
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to shape product direction
• Maintain high design standards across UX, UI, and accessibility
• Mentor designers and foster a strong design culture built on collaboration and craft
• Partner with the design system team to evolve the Cortex design language

Your Experience

• 5+ years designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX and UI craft
• Proven ability to lead design strategy and deliver high-impact, scalable solutions
• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in prototyping and design systems
• Experience mentoring designers and raising overall design quality
• Huge advantage: Experience in cybersecurity, particularly in data security, identity security, or SaaS security
