About the role
We are looking for a Senior PM who will lead the Loom Admin experience end-to-end across the Loom core product and integrations within the Atlassian product suite, reaching millions of people inside the Loom and Atlassian products they already use. You will report into the Head of Product at Loom.
Together, we'll empower our customers to collaborate in a richer, more effective way through asynchronous video via a seamless experience between videos, documents, and the workflows between them. What You'll Do
- Impact millions of users globally as you empower them to maximize the full potential of Loom and Atlassian products
- Create Loom's strategy around continued upmarket growth and expansion
- Engage with our buyer persona through participation in sales calls to understand user needs
- Work with Loom's design, engineering, sales, marketing, and success teams to develop concepts and troubleshoot issues
- Help the team define and track success metrics
- Recruit and interview new Product Managers, and actively improve our inclusive product hiring process.
Your background
- 5+ years of product management experience (at least 2 of which involve Enterprise SaaS product management)
- You understand buyer needs for identity, security, privacy and compliance, and are comfortable with the related technical and legal concepts
- You have experience scaling products for enterprise to unlock upmarket customers

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $162,000 - $216,000
Zone B: $145,800 - $194,400
Zone C: $134,500 - $179,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
