Working at Atlassian
Atlassian acquired Loom to lead in remote first, asynchronous work. With Loom's async video expertise and Atlassian's team collaboration understanding, we aim to innovate and empower customers for richer collaboration. Join us on our mission to make the impossible possible.
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
This is a remote role. To help our teams work together, you must be located between PST and EST.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior PM who will lead the Loom Admin experience end-to-end across the Loom core product and integrations within the Atlassian product suite, reaching millions of people inside the Loom and Atlassian products they already use. You will report into the Head of Product at Loom.
Together, we'll empower our customers to collaborate in a richer, more effective way through asynchronous video via a seamless experience between videos, documents, and the workflows between them. At Atlassian, we're not just building products; we're creating a movement, and you'll play a key role in crafting experiences that change the way the world works We're not just a part of Atlassian; we're the driving force behind changing async behaviour through video.
What You'll Do

  • Impact millions of users globally as you empower them to maximize the full potential of Loom and Atlassian products
  • Create Loom's strategy around continued upmarket growth and expansion
  • Engage with our buyer persona through participation in sales calls to understand user needs
  • Work with Loom's design, engineering, sales, marketing, and success teams to develop concepts and troubleshoot issues
  • Help the team define and track success metrics
  • Recruit and interview new Product Managers, and actively improve our inclusive product hiring process.

Your background

  • 5+ years of product management experience (at least 2 of which involve Enterprise SaaS product management)
  • You understand buyer needs for identity, security, privacy and compliance, and are comfortable with the related technical and legal concepts
  • You have experience scaling products for enterprise to unlock upmarket customers
