Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce’s Commerce Cloud is a market leader in its category, as recognized by Gartner and other analysts. Commerce is one of the most exciting product areas at Salesforce; the evolution of unified commerce and the physical retail experience is a fast-evolving category with a dynamic competitive landscape. We are well-positioned to win in the market, with amazing assets in our portfolio (including B2C Commerce, B2B Commerce, OMS, Headless, Payments, and Retail Cloud POS), a diverse and recognizable customer base of world-class companies, and unwavering executive focus.
The Commerce Cloud PM will join our team working with Engineering, UX, and GTM teams to deliver our vision of Connected and Unified Commerce in the physical store. You will work with research teams and customers to understand the best modern POS product we can deliver, help to define the roadmap, author user stories with clearly defined goals and acceptance criteria, and work directly with scrum teams to deliver on that vision.
Key focus areas:

  • Own product vision for key areas of Retail Cloud POS solution, focusing on omni-channel experiences and personalization features on the POS device

  • Translate retailer needs (store associates, regional managers, IT teams) into roadmap, backlog, and requirements enabling seamless cross-channel transactions

  • Design and champion Agentic capabilities within POS that proactively suggest next best actions for associates and automated task prioritization based on store events

  • Partner cross-functionally with UX for world-class design artifacts, Engineering for delivery and platform stability, and Commerce Cloud product managers for unified commerce experience leveraging shared AI models

Must have skills:

  • Retail Technology Expertise: Experienced with in-store operations, POS systems, and physical commerce technology, with deep knowledge of unified commerce concepts including inventory visibility, order fulfillment, and clienteling at store level

  • Product Management Experience: 7+ years total experience with 4+ years in product management, delivering successful products to millions of users with direct POS market and retail commerce technology experience, including hands-on customer work (especially large enterprise retailers) to understand needs and balance competing demands

  • Leadership & Vision: Able to inspire diverse teams while leading through ambiguity in fast-paced environments; pragmatic visionary who bridges big retail ideas with detailed execution of transaction flows and hardware integrations

  • AI-Driven Innovation: Passionate about leveraging AI to create intelligent, proactive retail workflows and delivering high-quality user experiences for store associates and front-line employees

  • Strategic Execution & Communication: Skilled at navigating multiple priorities, making strategic tradeoffs, and delivering maximum customer value in complex retail technology environments, with strong agile product development skills including authoring clear epics/user stories and outstanding communication skills as the face of the product to diverse internal and external stakeholders

Nice to have skills:

  • POS System Integration Experience: Defining product features for distributed order management, real-time inventory APIs, CRM/Clienteling capabilities, and retail hardware integrations (payment terminals, printers, scanners) within POS systems

  • AI-Powered Retail Innovation: Defining and launching in-store/POS features that incorporate Generative AI or Machine Learning to provide proactive, goal-driven suggestions and automated actions for store associates

  • Enterprise B2B Platform Expertise: Experience with Enterprise B2B software and CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, to deliver integrated commerce solutions
