Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for converting unstructured contracts into accurate structured billing and revenue models. Define contract lifecycle workflows (processing, amendment, renewal, termination), improve AI-powered extraction accuracy, measure data quality, run user research and competitive analysis, and align cross-functional stakeholders to automate contract-to-cash flows.

Tabs is the leading AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams. Tabs agents automate the entire contract-to-cash lifecycle, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting, to help teams eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow.

High-growth companies like Cursor and Statsig rely on Tabs to generate invoices directly from contracts, reconcile payments in real time, and automate ASC 606 compliance.

Founded in 2023, Tabs has raised over $91 million from Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Primary. The team is headquartered in New York and brings deep expertise in finance and AI.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Contracts at Tabs — the products that turn signed customer contracts into the structured billing and revenue models that power everything downstream.

This is the core of the Tabs platform. When a deal closes, Tabs reads the actual contract — not a CPQ summary, not a form — and extracts every financial term: recurring fees, discounts, usage-based components, minimums, renewal terms. Those extracted terms become the structured financial data that drive invoicing and revenue recognition for the life of the contract. Real contracts are messy, heavily negotiated, and rarely standard, and handling them well is what sets Tabs apart. You'll own pushing that capability further.

You'll define the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for contract extraction, processing, and the full contract lifecycle — from initial processing through amendments, renewals, and termination. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI, data quality, and systems design, with real autonomy to decide what we build next.

How We Work
  • We work hard. Short sprints, weekly ship goals, and rapid feedback cycles. Built around intra-month product releases.

  • We work smart. Get in front of the customer, use both data and customer feedback to drive decisions, while keeping the bigger picture in the back of our minds.

  • We work together. In-office culture with people that you want to work with. Lots of whiteboard space. Expense coffee, lunch and dinner when in the office.

What You’ll Work On

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for how Tabs turns unstructured contracts into accurate, structured billing and revenue models

  • Ensure contract data is structured correctly to power every downstream billing, revenue, and reporting workflow across the platform

  • Define how contracts move through their lifecycle — processing, finalization, amendment, renewal, and termination — and build the workflows that make each step faster and more automated

  • Push the boundary of what AI-powered extraction can handle: heavily redlined contracts, non-standard terms, amendment and commitment, and AI-driven contract feedback

  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to drive what we build — you'll set direction for this domain, not just execute against it

  • Define success metrics around extraction accuracy and processing effort, monitor data quality, and iterate based on outcomes and customer feedback.

  • Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, technically complex problem spaces

About You
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, B2B SaaS, or AI/data products

  • Experience owning a core product or workflow that the rest of the business depends on

  • Experience building products that turn unstructured inputs into structured data

  • Comfortable working with LLMs and AI — you have informed opinions on accuracy, evaluation, and when to trust model output

  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason about how data models and workflows interact across a platform

  • Exceptional cross-functional operator — you can align and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across a product with deep upstream and downstream dependencies

  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly

Strong plus

  • Familiarity with billing, revenue recognition, or the contract-to-cash lifecycle — or a demonstrated ability to go deep in a complex financial domain quickly

Perks and Benefits (Full-time Employees)
  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Up to 100% employer covered monthly healthcare premium (medical, dental, vision)

  • Lunch provided via Sharebite, plus dinner for any later in office days.

  • Parental leave up to 12 weeks

  • Tax free commuter and parking benefits

  • Voluntary insurances (Life, Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident)

  • Employee Assistance Program (Rightway)

  • Free One Medical Membership

  • 401k
