In This Role
- Lead and contribute to product strategy, development, and execution for FIG-focused payment and liquidity solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of financial institution client needs, market structure, and competitive landscape
- Translate complex industry requirements-including regulatory, operational, and technology considerations-into scalable product capabilities
- Conduct market research, client analysis, and performance evaluation to inform roadmap priorities and innovation opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Operations, Implementations, Service, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
- Drive product lifecycle management, including ideation, prioritization, delivery, and ongoing optimization
- Support go-to-market strategies, including positioning, segmentation, and pricing considerations for FIG clients
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining strong execution discipline
- Ensure all product initiatives meet regulatory, risk, and compliance standards specific to financial institutions
- Lead initiatives and mentor team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing product organization
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management, product development, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military, or education
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Financial Institutions (e.g., banks, credit unions, fintechs, broker-dealers, asset managers)
- Treasury Management experience, including payments, liquidity, or digital product delivery
- Familiarity with financial ecosystem infrastructure (e.g., clearing, settlement, correspondent banking, embedded finance)
- Experience working in Agile, platform-based, or product operating models
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data, client feedback, and market insights
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance client needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly collaborative, adaptive, and solutions-oriented with the ability to operate effectively in complex environments
