Job Description:

Grata is the leading private market dealmaking platform. We make it easy to find, research, and engage with private companies. Our platform has the most comprehensive, accurate, and searchable proprietary data on private companies, their financials, and their owners.

We help leading investors (PE/growth), investment bankers, management consultants, and corporate development teams discover and win more deals. Grata has over 700 customers and has been widely recognized as the market leader by G2, PE Wire, and more.

As a Senior Product Manager at Grata, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand customer needs, prioritize impactful features, and work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality features. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our experiences adhere to industry standards, maintain reliability, and scale effectively with the evolving needs of our growing business.

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own our integrations and data products. You will set strategy and drive execution across CRM and third-party integrations, data warehouse delivery, and our external API, making our data accessible wherever customers already work.

If you’re passionate about building innovative products, shaping the future of Grata’s AI workflows, and driving real impact for users, we’d love to hear from you.

Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

At Grata, we will expect you to:

  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors for integration use cases by partnering with commercial teams and conducting user research and data analysis

  • Develop strategic roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable metrics to achieve ambitious goals and track progress effectively

  • Work across design, engineering, QA, and product marketing to define and ship the roadmap

  • Prioritize initiatives ruthlessly using a data-driven approach to maximize impact and deliver customer value

  • Craft detailed requirements informed by customer conversations, usage data analysis, and iterative feedback from design and engineering teams

  • Establish yourself as the go-to expert and trusted leader for the product area, building credibility through ownership and results

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, distilling complex ideas into clear insights that drive alignment across the organization

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of product management experience; bonus points for experience within private capital markets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience developing a vision and roadmap for an area of a product

  • Experience building high-quality, successful products with design and engineering teams

  • Experience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needs

  • Can partner and influence effectively across all levels of an organization, and regularly use these skills to improve the work going on around you

  • Experience in a prior startup or high-ambiguity environment; a track record of managing ambiguity and complexity affecting many stakeholders in an organized and structured way

  • Experience with data analysis, metrics, and goal-setting

  • Interested in an office-centric culture with a flexible work environment
