We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.

About the Role:

Powered by TodayTix (PxT) is TodayTix Group's enterprise ticketing and e-commerce division — the technology and tools that help the world's leading cultural organizations, attractions, and live events power their box office and drive online sales. We work with some of the most exciting venues, producers, and event organizers on the planet, and we're building the platform that helps them thrive.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Sports vertical within PxT — someone who thrives on data, moves fast, and genuinely obsesses over building tools that deliver an unrivaled live event experience. You'll work directly with world-class sports partners — from elite tennis tournaments to top European football clubs — understanding their most complex commercial and operational needs and turning them into platform features that set a new standard for sports ticketing.

You'll own product discovery and delivery for the sports vertical, working directly with clubs, tournament organizers, and rights holders to understand their needs, shape solutions, and bring them to life alongside world-class engineering and design teams.

You instinctively reach for AI to think, prototype, validate ideas, and accelerate learning. You'll often start with ambiguity rather than requirements and enjoy identifying opportunities, forming hypotheses, and turning ideas into action.

This role sits at the intersection of user experience and business strategy. It's ideal for someone who combines strong product instinct with platform thinking — someone who values speed, learning, and measurable outcomes over perfection. You'll also manage or mentor other PMs, contributing to how we grow product craft across the team.

Please note: This is a full-time position. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility to choose where you work for the rest of the week.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Product direction established → Within the first 60–90 days, you've developed a strong understanding of the sports vertical and helped shape a roadmap informed by partner insight, business priorities, and platform goals — with at least 3 major sports partners already in active discovery.

  • Customer obsession in practice → Ongoing discovery is embedded in your workflow, with evidence that insights from clubs, tournament organizers, and rights holders directly influence prioritization and product decisions.

  • Experimentation velocity → Ideas move quickly from concept to learning through prototypes, pilots, and releases.

  • Features shipped with measurable impact → Sports platform initiatives launched with measurable outcomes tied to adoption, conversion, GMV, operational efficiency, retention, or partner satisfaction.

  • Commercial contribution → Your work contributes meaningfully to sports partner and business outcomes through stronger engagement, increased value, or improved performance metrics.

  • AI-native execution → AI is embedded throughout your workflow — helping you synthesize research, generate prototypes, validate assumptions, and accelerate delivery.

  • Team impact → You're contributing to how great product work gets done at TodayTix Group — not just within your own area, through mentorship, management, and raising the bar across the team.

What You'll Do:

  • Work directly with sports clubs, tournament organizers, and rights holders — inside and outside the MARI group — to understand needs, identify opportunities, and help define product direction.

  • Use AI tools to create prototypes, synthesize research, and communicate product ideas clearly and efficiently.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver platform features that solve real problems for sports partners and their fans.

  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.

  • Contribute to roadmap development and prioritization across the broader PxT platform.

  • Track and assess product performance using data and measurable outcomes.

  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams with rigor — keeping partners, engineering, and commercial teams aligned across long delivery cycles.

  • Operate across the product lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and validating concepts to delivering and iterating on solutions.

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • 5–8 years of building products in high-growth environments — whether at startups, consumer platforms, SaaS companies, or entrepreneurial ventures — with at least 3 years working directly in sport ticketing or a closely adjacent domain.

  • Experience managing or mentoring product managers, with a genuine desire to grow PM craft across the team.

  • Demonstrated builder mindset — whether through launching products, founding something, side projects, experimentation, or creating new processes from scratch.

  • Strong experience owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.

  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills — able to articulate ideas, navigate tradeoffs, and influence decisions.

  • Experience in live events, hospitality, or premium sports environments.

  • Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow — using them habitually to accelerate research, prototyping, decision-making, and execution.

  • Comfort in fast-paced, cross-functional environments — you know how to collaborate across design, engineering, and commercial teams.

  • A working knowledge of professional tennis and European football will be highly valuable in this role.
