About the role...

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of Duolingo’s consumer experience.

In this role, you’ll uncover new ways to deepen learner engagement, grow long-term value, and elevate the overall Duolingo journey. You’ll work across teams to surface high-potential ideas, translate them into thoughtful product experiences, and drive impact through rapid learning and iteration. As our product ecosystem evolves, this PM will help define strategy, launch new features, and guide long-term improvements that delight learners around the world.

  • Develop learner-facing features from concept through launch and iteration, with a focus on delivering clear value and measurable results.
  • Partner with designers to create intuitive, accessible interfaces that make the learning experience delightful and motivating.
  • Shape direction for emerging product opportunities and build alignment across teams on goals and priorities.
  • Use data, research, and experimentation to inform decisions and share insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver work quickly and with high quality, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving problem spaces.

  • Experience contributing to meaningful outcomes in consumer technology, such as engagement, retention, growth, or monetization.
  • Comfort using data, user insights, and experimentation to guide product choices.
  • A strong eye for product quality, with attention to clarity, usability, and simplicity.
  • Clear communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Motivation to support learners everywhere through accessible education technology.

We post a multi-level salary range for all of our roles.

This is not inclusive of the rest of our awesome portfolio that includes equity compensation and world-class benefits. Our salary ranges are the same for all US locations. Your recruiter can share more details about the range for a specific level during the hiring process. The actual salary within the range is determined by many factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, and internal equity.

Salary Range:
$177,700$240,400 USD
