The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap that accelerate product-led growth for small property owners and managers. You’ll own the self-serve funnel end to end, identifying and executing high-impact opportunities that drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion through seamless, data-informed experiences.

In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our customer segment and refine key personas to uncover the most effective levers for scalable growth. You’ll experiment and iterate—using insights from data, customer research, and testing to improve existing features or launch new ones that increase conversion. Success in this role depends on partnering closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data to optimize in-product journeys and growth loops that turn new users into advocates.

The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, analytical, and experimental—a natural collaborator who thrives in ambiguity, influences through data and insight, and drives measurable business impact through continuous product innovation.

Location
This is hybrid role based in NYC.
What You’ll Do

  • Define and champion the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics that drive product-led growth for small property owners and managers, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
  • Own and optimize the self-serve funnel end to end—from first touch through activation and conversion—identifying and executing opportunities that deliver measurable growth in acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, in-product prompts, onboarding improvements, pricing iterations) to validate hypotheses and improve key funnel metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data to align on growth goals, surface insights, and deliver scalable, high-impact experiences.
  • Lead your development team to ship high-quality, data-informed solutions with speed, clarity, and measurable business impact.
  • Leverage customer research and analytics to uncover pain points, refine personas, and inform product opportunities that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Communicate product vision and roadmaps effectively to a wide range of audiences, from cross-functional partners to executive leadership.
  • Champion a data-driven, experimental mindset, fostering a culture of measurement, learning, and continuous improvement across teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience driving measurable outcomes in acquisition, activation, engagement, or retention through product-led growth initiatives in SMB SaaS, fintech, proptech, or marketplace environments.
  • Proven ability to use data and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel analysis, user behavior insights) to inform prioritization and optimize product funnel performance.
  • Demonstrated customer empathy, with a track record of translating SMB user needs into elegant, scalable product solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders at all levels and present to our executive leadership team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Fullstory, SQL a plus).
  • Passion for building products that combine data insight, user empathy, and continuous learning to create meaningful impact.

Benefits

  • Opportunities to make an impact within a fast growing company
  • Medical, dental, & vision insurance, beginning day one
  • Health savings account with employer contribution
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Flexible working hours
  • 401(k)
  • Paid parental leave
  • Company sponsored short and long term disability
  • Flexible spending accounts (healthcare, dependent care, commuter)

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $180,000 - $195,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
