About LoopMe

Our vision is to change advertising for the better, by building technology that will redefine brand advertising. LoopMe powers programmatic advertising, improves media delivery, develops bespoke audience curation and effective real-time measurement through our outcomes platform. By putting consumers at the heart of every campaign, the world's leading brands, agencies, media publishers and programmatic platforms rely on us to reach their goals effectively and more efficiently.

LoopMe's recent acquisition of Chartboost, a leading mobile app monetization platform, expands our reach in the gaming and mobile app markets. This strengthens our ability to drive measurable outcomes for brands and deliver more effective advertising.

What we need

We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our growing Product team, based in New York. You will own the product strategy and execution for mobile ad format capabilities across the Chartboost Monetization Platform — spanning our Creative Rendering Engine, Native, VAST, and other in-app media features. Working closely with Engineering, Supply, and Commercial teams, you'll ensure every format performs and scales reliably across mobile app supply sources, keeping Chartboost at the leading edge of in-app ad format innovation.

As our Sr. Product Manager, you will be…

  • Leading the product roadmap for the Creative Rendering Engine, driving scalable and performant ad delivery across mobile app environments
  • Owning Native and VAST format strategy, ensuring spec compliance, creative flexibility, and supply-side compatibility across mobile partners
  • Analysing the current health of ad formats — identifying which are performing, which are underperforming, which are blocked by technical issues, and which should be prioritised next
  • Working across key product and engineering stakeholders to determine which new ad formats to prioritise within the Chartboost Monetization Platform to meet company goals
  • Identifying and closing format coverage gaps across mobile app supply sources, working closely with Supply and Publisher Development teams
  • Partnering with Engineering on rendering architecture decisions that affect mobile format scale, latency, and creative fidelity
  • Working with industry groups such as the IAB to standardise mobile ad formats in terms of how they are requested, measured, and technically specified, positioning Chartboost as a market leader
  • Tracking mobile format standards (VAST, MRAID, SIMID, OpenRTB) and translating developments into actionable product requirements
  • Partnering with third-party DSPs to evangelise new formats and drive spend, and working with Business Intelligence and Analytics teams to analyse the business impact of new formats
  • Defining format QA standards, monitoring creative rendering health in mobile environments, and triaging format-related issues in production

You'll have

  • 3+ years of strong product management experience, ideally with 2+ years in mobile ad tech or in-app advertising
  • Hands-on experience with mobile ad format standards — including VAST, Native, display, interstitial, rewarded, and rich media formats
  • Familiarity with mobile rendering technologies and how ad creatives are served within iOS and Android app environments
  • A working understanding of the mobile programmatic landscape — SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, and SDK-based monetization
  • Familiarity with defining product strategy and a working knowledge of agile practices
  • Strong data-driven decision making skills, with the ability to analyse format performance and translate findings into prioritised action
  • Excellent cross-functional skills — comfortable working with Engineering, Commercial, and External Partner stakeholders
  • Proactive communication style; able to challenge and debate appropriately while maintaining a low-ego, team-first mentality
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and making trade-offs
  • Experience working with Agentic technologies like ChatGPT’s Codex or Anthropic’s Claude Code
