About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team, perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves building alongside customers. We move fast, and many of the most important problems we’re tackling aren’t perfectly defined yet — we have a clear north star, but the path requires deep customer understanding, sharp product judgment, and relentless execution.

You’ll own major areas of our product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to shipping and iteration. The scope includes improving our current platform, expanding feature depth in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and building new functionality across six newer verticals we’ve launched in: Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, Behavioral Health, Critical Care Hospitals, and Dialysis Centers.

This is an earlier-stage product-building environment: you’ll talk to customers constantly, validate needs, explore opportunities, and ship meaningful improvements quickly. You’ll work closely with Engineering (including AI/ML), Sales, Customer Success, BizOps, and Growth, and you’ll have real ownership over what we build, why we build it, and how it shows up for customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Own your roadmap end-to-end: Define what we build and why — set strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive execution from discovery to launch to iteration.
  • Build through ambiguity: Take unclear customer pain points and turn them into crisp problems, product bets, and shipped solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Lead deep customer discovery: Spend significant time with customers to uncover workflows, frictions, and decision drivers, then translate those insights into product direction.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate product development: Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude Code) to explore product concepts, mock up features, and validate workflows to gain alignment with customers and internal teams before scoping for Engineering.
  • Improve the core platform: Identify high-leverage areas to make ExaCare faster, more reliable, and more delightful for users across referral intake, clinical insights, and workflow execution.
  • Expand features in Skilled Nursing: Build new capabilities that deepen our leadership in our core market and strengthen adoption and retention.
  • Build for new verticals (0 → 1): Develop and launch features tailored to newer industries we’ve entered, including Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, Behavioral Health, Critical Care Hospitals, and Dialysis Centers.
  • Partner with AI/ML teams: Work hands-on with engineering to shape AI-powered product experiences, from data inputs and model outputs to user-facing workflows and trust.
  • Collaborate across GTM: Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success on deal support, customer feedback loops, and expansion opportunities, ensuring we build what helps us win and retain.
  • Drive high-quality shipping: Write clear product requirements, align stakeholders, unblock teams, and ensure we ship quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Mentor and raise the bar: Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior PMs as the team grows, and help build strong product practices and culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, owning complex software products through the full product lifecycle.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong product judgment: You can navigate ambiguity, identify the real problem, and make smart tradeoffs to ship impactful work fast.
  • Customer-centric instincts: You love talking to users, you’re great at uncovering underlying pain, and you translate insights into product direction.
  • Analytical rigor: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to evaluate performance, prioritize work, and measure impact.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering deeply with Engineering, Sales, and Business Operations.
  • Comfort with AI tools: Experience leveraging AI to accelerate product work, from drafting PRDs and synthesizing customer feedback to exploring designs.
  • Execution in Agile: Experience working in an Agile development environment and driving teams from idea → spec → ship → learn.
  • Tooling fluency: Experience with product management tools such as Linear/Jira, data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Tableau, and customer analytics tools such as PostHog
  • People leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior product managers and raise quality across the team.
  • Low ego, high output: You take ownership, move fast, communicate clearly, and don’t need perfect conditions to make progress (and you want to have fun while doing it).

Bonus Points

  • Experience working on AI/ML-powered products and workflows
  • Comfortable with early-stage messiness, rapid iteration, and shifting priorities

Benefits + Perks

  • Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth startup
  • Flexible PTO, take what you need
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Great startup culture, including company off-sites
  • High-achieving team, including ex-Amazon engineers and alumni of Bain, BCG, Goldman Sachs, and more

An insight into our Core Values

Only the best belong here

We are unapologetic about talent. This should be the best team you have ever been on. Protecting that standard is how we honor each other’s time, ambition, and craft.

We work even harder to keep our partners than we did to earn them initially

The work does not stop when a customer first onboards to our platform. It deepens over time. We partner with operators, listening and learning about real problems, and translate that into solutions that help them succeed in practice. We earn trust through consistent delivery.

We keep the patient downstream of every decision

At the end of the day, this is about the patient. We get there by deeply respecting and reflecting on our purpose: to develop software that aids teams in delivering better care.

Raise the bar on ownership

We grow because people here go beyond the minimum. We invest extra effort, care, and ownership into what we build.

The world is moving fast. We move faster.

This is a race. We work hard, we move early, and we stay ahead of problems and competitors. If we slow down, someone else will pass us.

Radical candor, zero politics

We say what’s true, early, and we keep communication direct and clean so the team can move.

Bring good vibes and win together

We win as a team. We bring energy, support each other, and make the workplace somewhere people are excited to show up.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to have a chat!
