The Senior Product Manager will oversee customer communication and execute product strategies, collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience.

About the role
- Initially, you would be expected to solely focus on customer communication scope
- The scope of customer communication is everything related to communication with customers on super app : In-app chat between customers and drivers, Push notifications service and experience, Customer care, Voip, Email service and XP.. etc
- The objective is to lay good foundations in terms of vision, product initiatives and discovery and delivery processes
- After that, you would be expected, in parallel of overseeing customer communication scope, to pick up various new topics that can come up, run them autonomously until we hire dedicated PM
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for customer communication scope and other initiatives to improve customer’s experience
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to inform product strategy and feature development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, Ops, engineering, and design to deliver high-impact products.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, particularly in a remote setup, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and resourcefulness, continuously seeking new ideas and approaches to enhance our product
- Manage the day-to-day routines, including agile ceremonies, backlog management, project and program management, OKRs, etc.
Required qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience (5+ years) as a product manager in the tech industry
- Prior experience in business related field is a plus
- Previous experience managing Associate Product Managers is a plus
