The Sr. Product Manager oversees digital product development, collaborates on the product roadmap, manages initiatives, and ensures alignment with organizational goals through data and metrics.

The Role
- Champion the customer experience across web and mobile by upholding design system standards, ensuring accessibility and performance, and driving consistency across journeys and channels.
- Collaborate with Business Owners, Software Engineering, Design, Legal/Compliance, and Data Science Teams to define the product roadmap, feature/functionality development, use cases, and market opportunities.
- Manage delivery of digital products concurrently with future product planning.
- Manage the execution of initiatives from discovery/ideation through launch author clear problem statements and Business Requirements Documents, define scope and success criteria, and set/align expectations with stakeholders.
- Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with organization goals.
- Create success measurements linked to P&Ls and user experience, set goal targets for these measurements, and are responsible for communication and reporting.
You’re a great fit if you have
- Bachelor's degree in business, design, marketing, engineering, communication, or similar fields.
- 5+ years of product management experience building/launching consumer facing tech products/services.
- 3+ years of mobile platform (iOS/Android) and web based product management experience.
- Experience using voice of customer inputs and product analytics to design and optimize digital experiences.
- Experience with feature delivery and trade offs across scope, quality, and speed.
- Ability to create clear product documentation and align cross functional teams.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership through data driven insights.
Preferred
- Demonstrated success leading through influence, without direct authority, building engagement, and partnering across organizations at the highest level, including engineering and design teams.
- Experience supporting decisions through business analysis and data, while balancing intuition and creativity.
- Experience conceptualizing complex interrelated applications and system platforms, as well as the ability to communicate those systems to non technical team members and business partners.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.
- Experience in consumer finance/fintech or other regulated environments, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
