Own end-to-end product areas for an AI-driven field-sales platform: define strategy, discover customer needs (including onsite field research), ship and iterate features across integrations, data ingestion, and proactive agents, and raise AI quality (accuracy, attribution, latency, trust) to drive adoption and revenue.

Field sales powers the economy — but most teams are struggling. Reps are buried in admin work, managers are stretched thin, and leaders can’t see what’s really happening in the field.

Siro is redefining how field sales teams learn, perform, and win.

We started as an AI-powered coaching platform that helped reps improve their outcomes in the field.

Today, we’re something much bigger — an intelligent companion that automates sales reps’ tedious admin work, gives managers real-time visibility, and helps executives see around corners.

Our platform integrates with systems like Salesforce, analyzing thousands of in-person sales conversations to surface insights, automate workflows, and drive better outcomes across the org. Think Iron Man’s Jarvis for sales — proactive, personalized, and built directly into the tools teams already use.

Siro has raised $75M and is backed by world-class investors like Index, Fika, CRV, and SignalFire. We are trusted by leading home-improvement, retail, hospitality, and automotive brands, and powered by a lean team from Meta, McKinsey, Doordash, and Uber.

We’re building the future of human-AI collaboration in sales — and we’re just getting started.

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own meaningful pieces of Siro end-to-end — across AI, data ingestion, proactive agents, integrations, and the experiences customers touch every day.

Siro is building the intelligence layer for the enormous part of the economy that still runs on in-person conversation — an in-person workforce most software has ignored. We capture what happens in the field and turn it into intelligence our users act on daily — prepping a rep before a meeting, surfacing the next move, handling the follow-up.

Your job is to push that arc forward: make the intelligence sharper, make people trust it, and close the gap between insight and action. You'll own real problems the whole way, from ambiguous idea to a product customers rely on.

  • Own and ship end-to-end. Drive strategy and product concepts through discovery, launch, adoption, and iteration. You're on the hook for whether it provides value, not just whether it shipped.

  • Build for someone who doesn't sit at a desk. Our users are in trucks, driveways, and showrooms. We believe that we should never add work to a rep's day — the product has to earn its place, which makes this a harder and more interesting design problem to solve.

  • Be a forward-deployed PM. Our customers run businesses that look very different from ours and likely from any you’ve ever worked in. You'll get on the plane, ride along on calls, sit with managers onsite, listen to conversations, and turn what you learn across industries into one coherent product.

  • Make Siro the connective layer for our customers. Help move the right business context into Siro — from CRMs, DMSs, phone systems, calendars, warehouses, and other systems — so every conversation is tied to the customer, opportunity, outcome, and next step. Siro should become the ground truth for what happened in the field and what to do next.

  • Move Siro from insight to action. Apply our intelligence to drive behavior change and operate the sales motion — prep before a conversation, the next move surfaced in the moment, the follow-up handled. This is where the product is heading, and you'll build it.

  • Raise the AI quality bar. Accuracy, citations, speaker attribution, latency, trust, the weird edge cases. A demo that impresses is easy; a tool a skeptical rep opens every morning is the actual job.

Requirements / Who You Are
  • 6+ years in product management, including ownership of meaningful product areas at a growth-stage company.

  • You're a “barrel.” Give you an ambiguous problem and you create momentum: figure out what matters, talk to the right customers, pull the data, make the tradeoffs, align the team, and get something valuable shipped. You don’t need a clean brief or constant direction to turn a vague opportunity into a real product.

  • Sound product judgment in messy domains. You're comfortable when the inputs are imperfect and there's no obvious right answer, and you pull the right people together to make good decisions.

  • Bias to action and doing whatever it takes. If you see friction in the UX or a customer complains about something on a call that you think is worth fixing — it’s not a ticket to an engineering backlog, you write the code and ship it.

  • Obsessed with customers and details. You'd take a day in the field over a day in a planning doc, and you make it happen without being asked.

  • Enough technical fluency to dig into the tradeoffs with engineering. model quality, latency vs. cost per query, and how fresh integration data really needs to be.

  • You carry product vision with you everywhere. You have strong taste, you think in systems, and you can connect today’s bug, customer ask, or workflow edge case to where the product needs to go over the next few years.

Why join Siro as a Senior PM?
  • Lead critical roadmap initiatives on a small, senior team at a high-growth Series B startup with real product-market fit

  • Own projects that directly impact revenue, customer outcomes, and business strategy

  • Build AI that gets used in real-world sales workflows, not just in a browser or back-office dashboard.

  • Build product around conversation data from high-stakes, in-person sales moments that customers can't get anywhere else

  • Work on a genuinely hard problem: messy spoken conversations, fragmented business systems, field sales execution, analytics, automation, and AI agents all coming together in one product.

At Siro, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all people feel that they are equally respected and valued, whether they are applying for an open position or working at the company. We provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
