As a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on System of Work at Atlassian, you will play a pivotal role in driving the go-to-market strategy, enablement, and adoption of Atlassian's System of Work narrative and supporting solutions.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Success, and Operations to deliver high-impact enablement programs, shape messaging, and ensure our teams and customers are empowered to succeed. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role with significant influence on Atlassian's growth and customer outcomes.
Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for System of Work initiatives and enablement programs.
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning for System of Work solutions, translating product capabilities into customer-centric use cases, benefits, and business outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver enablement materials such as training, playbooks, and collateral for sales, customer success, and partners.
  • Own and continually improve the sales narrative, pitch decks, and enablement content repository, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
  • Establish and maintain feedback loops between marketing, product, and sales to inform future initiatives and identify blockers.
  • Partner with Product, Field teams, and Marketing teams to align on priorities and drive adoption of the materials you create.
  • Influence and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including executives.
  • Represent the team in strategic forums and critical customer engagements.
  • Set and track metrics to measure enablement and go-to-market effectiveness, using data and insights to drive decisions, optimize programs, and inform future strategy.
  • Represent Atlassian's System of Work vision internally and externally through presentations, webinars, and events.

About You:
  • You have 6-8+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally with SaaS and enablement experience.
  • You have a proven track record in developing and executing enablement programs and go-to-market strategies, and experience leading launches and driving adoption of complex solutions.
  • You possess exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, and are comfortable presenting to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You have strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, compelling messages.
  • You are analytical, with experience measuring enablement impact and using data to inform decisions.
  • You are collaborative and able to influence without authority, building strong relationships across teams.
