We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to turn market, customer, competitive, and business insights into strategies that accelerate growth for Microsoft Entra Suite. This role will help define where the business should focus, align teams around the highest-impact opportunities, and translate strategy into coordinated go-to-market action. The ideal candidate combines strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and product marketing expertise with the ability to influence and mobilize teams across a complex organization. You will collaborate across product, engineering, business planning, finance, sales, partner, customer experience, analyst relations, and marketing teams to shape priorities, strengthen the portfolio strategy, and improve business outcomes. You will create clarity from complex inputs, connect work across functions, and help leaders make informed decisions that drive awareness, adoption, revenue, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities
  • Synthesize market, customer, competitive, product, and business performance insights to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic priorities.
  • Develop integrated business and go-to-market strategies that connect portfolio priorities to customer needs, adoption opportunities, and revenue growth.
  • Partner with product, engineering, business planning, and finance teams to influence roadmap, investment, packaging, monetization, and launch decisions.
  • Align marketing, sales, partner, customer experience, and field teams around a clear strategy, shared priorities, and coordinated execution plans.
  • Define differentiated positioning and portfolio narratives that simplify complex capabilities and strengthen Microsoft Entra's Suite value across Microsoft Security and AI solutions.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for priority initiatives, ensuring that audience, scenario, channel, content, enablement, and execution plans support measurable business outcomes.
  • Use customer research, analyst perspectives, competitive intelligence, and field feedback to shape strategy, guide executive decisions, and identify necessary course corrections.
  • Establish operating rhythms and shared roadmaps that create transparency, accelerate cross-functional decisions, and hold teams accountable for delivering growth priorities.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field and 8+ years of relevant business experience; or Master’s Degree in one of these fields and 6+ years of relevant business experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience marketing cloud identity, secure access, security copilots, AI-driven security solutions, agent identity, or other enterprise technology offerings.
  • Experience leading major product launches and integrated go-to-market programs that span product, field, partner, analyst, and customer channels.
  • Experience working with industry analysts and developing analyst-backed positioning, competitive insights, and market education programs.
  • Experience using customer and practitioner research to influence product roadmaps, naming, packaging, positioning, and adoption strategy.
  • Strong executive presence and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to customers, senior leaders, sellers, partners, analysts, and industry audiences.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience applying AI tools to improve marketing workflows, content quality, insight generation, and team productivity.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
