About Leap

Leap is one of the fastest-growing benefits solutions and a category-defining pioneer in employer specialty pharmacy. We are reshaping how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed, ensuring patients get the treatment they need while employers finally get a fair deal.

Specialty drugs and infusions represent nearly 10% of all healthcare spend and are the fastest-growing cost category for employers. Leap tackles this challenge with a novel approach: eliminating hidden markups, expanding access to high-quality infusion providers, and bringing clarity and fairness to how therapies are priced and paid for.

We’re proud to partner with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading TPAs. Each patient we serve creates immediate ROI: lower costs, improved access, and better care. Join us as we redefine what’s possible in specialty care.

About the Role

We're hiring a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to shape our core product narrative as Leap expands its sales motion in 2027. In this role, you'll own Leap’s positioning and messaging, build repeatable market research, competitive intelligence, and voice-of-customer process, and lead persona development and value propositions across B2B buyer segments. You'll also develop the case studies and proof points that show the market why Leap is the best solution for specialty care, and share ownership of sales enablement and custom deal support. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you'll work closely with Sales, Growth Strategy & Ops, Clinical, Product, and the broader Marketing team.

Key ResponsibilitiesVoice of the market
  • Build and run an ongoing, repeatable process for market research, competitive intelligence, and voice of the customer.

  • Lead win-loss analysis to uncover what drives buyer decisions in each segment.

  • Translate insights into positioning recommendations for Sales, Product, and Growth Strategy & Ops.

Positioning & messaging
  • Own core product positioning and messaging across segments (e.g. enterprise employers, union/public sector, payers, consultants)

  • Refine buyer personas and value propositions for each segment.

  • Lead payer positioning as the first priority, laying the foundation for payer go-to-market as it scales.

  • Align segment messaging with the company-level narrative in partnership with the Head of Product Marketing.

Case studies & proof points
  • Build case studies that turn clinical and financial outcomes into credible client stories, partnering with Clinical through PHI/HIPAA and clinical/legal review.

  • Develop and refine proof points that demonstrate Leap's value across audiences and dimensions.

Sales enablement
  • Create pitch deck modules, one pagers, competitive battlecards, and other collateral tailored to each buyer segment.

  • Deliver sales enablement resources and training, as well as account-level deal support as needed, to amplify mid-funnel Sales effectiveness.

  • Build and maintain the RFP response library, and contribute to high-quality and up-to-date RFP responses.

QualificationsWhat you’ve done
  • 8+ years of experience including 3+ years in B2B healthcare product marketing (e.g., digital health, benefits, payer, or health tech).

  • Track record owning positioning and messaging for complex B2B healthcare buyers, including owning messaging end to end for a new product or segment, from research through enablement and launch.

  • Experience running market research, competitive intelligence, and voice-of-customer or win-loss programs, and translating findings into positioning.

  • Hands-on experience building and delivering sales enablement independently, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, sales training, and an RFP response library.

  • Experience turning clinical and financial outcomes into case studies and proof points, working within PHI/HIPAA requirements and clinical/legal review.

How you’ve done it
  • Demonstrated ability to develop buyer personas and craft compelling value propositions, with examples of enterprise messaging that drove measurable business impact.

  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and narrative across channels, audiences, and formats.

  • Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to deliver finished, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven cross-functional collaborator, able to partner effectively with Sales, Product, Clinical, and other teams to deliver on goals.

Other
  • Experience selling into health plans, TPAs, captives, or stop-loss carriers is a plus.

  • Experience with Gong, Seismic, and other common GTM tools is a plus.

At Leap, we’re building an outlier company with real impact — and that takes focus, energy, and commitment. If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
Leap is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. We’re committed to building a team that reflects a diversity of perspectives, experiences, and identities.
