About the opportunity

Sydecar is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This individual will play a critical role in driving the success of Sydecar’s products by developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our offerings to venture capital managers, syndicate leads, and other investment professionals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring successful launches that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.

  • Develop and maintain clear product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that clearly communicate Sydecar’s solutions to target audiences.

  • Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to understand user feedback and optimize messaging, positioning, and user experience.

  • Create and deliver high-impact sales enablement materials, including product decks, competitive battlecards, one-pagers, and customer case studies.

  • Partner with the content marketing team to develop product-focused content, including blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and customer success stories.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimize ROI.

  • Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product goals and messaging.

What we're looking for
  • At least 2 years of product marketing experience.

  • At least 4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a startup environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

  • Track record of successfully launching new products or features and driving adoption through effective go-to-market strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

  • Experience setting marketing KPIs, identifying key drivers of success, and managing performance to those goals.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align on goals.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance using analytics tools.

  • Clear, concise, and persuasive writing skills, with experience creating customer-facing content.
