Product Specialist drives user adoption of the product by creating communications, training, documentation, and launch plans to empower business partners across multiple products, multiple workflows, and often multiple platforms; but largely focused within a single business unit with common priorities and needs. The successful candidate will be expected to utilize AI tools and technologies in their daily activities to enhance product development and user engagement strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Candidates should possess a background in data analysis, particularly in interpreting complex datasets related to product usage and user interactions. This includes experience with tools and methodologies for gathering, processing, and visualizing data to derive actionable insights. The ability to analyze metrics like user adoption , engagement, retention, task success etc. will be essential for identifying trends, informing product enhancements, and making strategic recommendations.
  • Leads change management efforts to deliver customer centric solutions, by collaborating with engineering teams and leverage deep subject matter expertise. Using audio/video tools to present to audiences of users and business stakeholders and answer questions about the digital product platforms.
  • Acts as subject expert for user queries about the digital product features and capabilities in production. Works with engineering teams to identify the appropriate actions based on user questions or issues.
  • Responsible for creating product documentation for training, onboarding, troubleshooting, and other educational needs. This ensures that users have clear and accessible resources to understand, implement, and make effective use of the product.
  • Coordinates with users and business stakeholders for end user testing scenarios based on defined acceptance criteria. Partners with users as the subject matter expert to provide testing scenarios that help validate quality and alignment for continuous, iterative releases.
  • Responsible for delivering comprehensive product support and ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained. This role requires proactive engagement with end users and internal teams to address product-related inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and continuously monitor product performance to uphold quality benchmarks.
  • Creates and analyzes metrics that measure the user experience of the digital products including satisfaction, adoption, engagement, and task success.
  • Monitors trends in order to influence future development of the digital product and increase value.

  Who You Are

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
  • Experience in the product development lifecycle
  • Understanding of product design methods and processes
  • Customer experience management
  • Knowledge of the concepts, practices, and instruments of product innovation
  • Experienced in the implementation of IT products (ideally digital products)
  • Knowledge about Software Development Lifecycle
  • Communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills
