The Opportunity

Superhuman is running multiple GTM motions simultaneously: business units at different stages of maturity, channel partners across Growth (our B2C self-serve motion) and Managed (our B2B enterprise motion), and a creative and campaign engine that needs to stay in sync with all of it. This role is the operating layer that holds it together.

Senior Program Manager, GTM Operations: you will flex across business units to stand up GTM processes, enable teams to use them, and drive the planning and coordination that turns product launches into well-executed GTM moments. You will also lead large-scale campaign programs, coordinating across BU leaders, channel partners, and Creative Ops from brief creation through execution.

This is a role for someone who thrives in breadth: you can go deep on a BU's product roadmap one week and run a cross-functional campaign kickoff the next. You build the infrastructure that makes GTM repeatable, and you can operate within it well enough to step in when hands-on coordination is needed.

What Makes This Role Electric:

  • You'll have exposure across GTM motions and business units, with the flexibility to go deep where the business needs you most.

  • You'll join a team with strong existing processes, playbooks, and tooling foundations, and bring a fresh eye to them. The opportunity is to integrate across teams, collaborate on improvements, and help the GTM orgs work better together.

  • You'll lead programs that span from product feature launches to campaign execution and reporting, giving you end-to-end visibility into how GTM actually works.

  • You'll partner with senior leaders across BUs, Product, Growth, Managed, and Creative Ops, making this one of the most cross-functional roles in the business.

  • You'll be part of bringing new products to market from the ground up — working at the intersection of product innovation and GTM at a company where both are actively evolving.

In this role, you will:

GTM Process & Enablement

  • Stand up and operationalize GTM processes across business units: launch sequencing, readiness tracking, brief frameworks, and planning cadences

  • Enable BU teams and channel partners on new processes, ensuring adoption and consistent execution

  • Build BU-specific and cross-portfolio playbooks that others can learn from, adapt, and run independently

  • Identify where process gaps are slowing GTM down and drive solutions before they become blockers

Campaign Program Management

  • Lead large-scale campaign programs end-to-end, coordinating BU leaders, Growth and Managed channel teams, and Creative Ops from brief creation through execution

  • Ensure campaigns have complete strategic briefs (audience, positioning, timing, success metrics) before Creative Ops kickoff

  • Maintain cross-BU campaign calendars and keep all stakeholders aligned on sequencing and dependencies

  • Surface conflicts, gaps, and risks across the campaign portfolio and drive them to resolution

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the coordination layer between BU leaders, PMMs, DPMs, TPMs, and channel partners across Growth and Managed

  • Connect product readiness timelines to campaign production schedules so nothing goes to Creative Ops underbaked

  • Keep GTM priorities, blockers, and dependencies visible to senior GTM leadership

Tooling & Operational Infrastructure

  • Develop deep fluency in Superhuman Docs, Superhuman's primary GTM operating tool, and partner with program management teams across EPDM to optimize how it's leveraged across GTM workflows that combine other key tools like Jira and Asana

  • Identify opportunities to improve how teams work across Superhuman Docs, Asana, Jira, and other tools, contributing to standards and improvements in collaboration with the teams who own them

  • Build and maintain GTM artifacts within our operational hub: active projects, launch trackers, brief templates, and workback calendars

Qualifications
  • 6 to 8+ years of program management or GTM operations experience in a high-growth SaaS environment

  • Proven ability to flex across multiple products, business units, or GTM motions simultaneously

  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills across Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Creative Ops

  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator; able to distill complex, cross-functional programs into clear stakeholder updates and facilitate alignment across leadership teams

  • Experience leading end-to-end campaign programs, from brief creation through execution

  • Ability to stand up processes from scratch and enable teams to adopt and run them independently

  • Familiarity with both PLG and Sales-led GTM motions

  • Tooling-literate: comfortable evaluating and operating across Coda, Asana, Jira, and similar tools

  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation to reduce manual lift, improve operational workflows, and scale GTM processes

  • Relationship-first operator who earns trust before driving change

  • Experience with paid acquisition or performance marketing workflows is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:

  • Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)

  • 401(k) and RRSP matching

  • Paid parental leave

  • 20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time

  • Generous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more)
