Major Duties :• Focus of role is on execution of a program initiated to deliver a change in the strategic direction of business function activities; expansion of critical business capabilties or implemenation of cross business unit regulatory change.
• Leads others to solve complex problems

• Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives

Knowledge :• Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Program’s goals, structure, budget and resource need
- People Management skills to assess and develop the skills of staff.
- Strong team work skills to drive execution without direct reporting line responsibilities
• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
• Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
• Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
Experience :• Seasoned expert with program/project management expertise that has been developed over 15+ years of experience.
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

Salary Range:

$137,400 - 240,400 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
