Overview

What You Will Do

Left Field Labs is looking for a high-energy, communication-forward Program Manager to join one of our embedded teams. This is a pivotal role focused on the intersection of digital marketing and innovation. You will be the connective tissue for marketing initiatives in the digital space, such as driving social media, email, and other campaign types that showcase the latest AI products and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of complex digital marketing workstreams, including social media and email campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and at the LFL standard of excellence
  • Act as a right hand to the Client, translating high-level vision into actionable project plans
  • Stay at the forefront of the Client's product landscape and a passionate advocate for AI tools and future-tech.
  • Maintain high-touch communication with internal teams and Client partners, ensuring clarity on project health and deliverables
  • You have a deep background in digital production or program management, specifically within marketing agencies or creative studios
  • You are a Senior team member who can manage the granular details, and understand how to communicate high-level strategy to influence and advise leadership. 
  • You can thrive in a role that is being newly defined within the studio
  • Proven experience in social media and email campaign lifecycles is a must
Qualifications

What You Will Need to be Successful


  • 4–6 years of experience in Program Management or Senior Digital Production
  • Strong portfolio of digital marketing campaigns (Social/Email/Web)
  • Exceptional communication and "people" skills—you are a dot-connector
  • Prior experience with Client's ecosystem is a significant plus
  • Interest/Experience in AI and emerging tech is highly preferred
Compensation

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $155,000 and applies only to jobs performed in Culver City, California. This range represents the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Please note that we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
