RH is seeking a Senior Project Leader to partner directly with the Sales Team to support and grow the business with our strategic customers. This work involves end to end project lifecycle management including preparing quotations, order and fulfillment planning, post-delivery and project close out. This position will be supporting many of our strategic customers and will be project leading large, complex projects and requires a high level of customer service and technical skills.
 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with a Business Development Leader to provide the operational support for strategic customers in the region across their portfolio of business - foundational orders to large projects
  • Collaborate with others to ensure all customer projects in the region are successfully executed – from accurate quoting and order placement, to partnering with our Design and Sourcing teams on appropriate product selection, to collaborating with our Logistics team on fulfillment planning, to working with our AR team to ensure timely payment  
  • Coordinate and lead project status reviews, and develop comprehensive, accurate end to end project plans that are shared both internally as well as with customers
  • Proactively recognize, respond to, and lead the appropriate resolution of complex issues throughout the project lifecycle. Partner with Director, Operations and Business Development Leader to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep projects on track
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and log all key communications and activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the broader global Sales and Operations team to help “connect the dots” and drive growth with strategic customers across their entire ecosystem of partners and projects 
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of project leadership, procurement and/or operations experience in the Hospitality, Commercial and/or Residential segments
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly motivated self-starter that performs consistently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at identifying and overcoming obstacles, as well driving solutions through strong collaboration, leadership, and critical thinking
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in multiple systems and spreadsheets, i.e.: CRM/SalesForce, MS Office Suite, forecasting
  • Ability to work nights and weekends to respond to urgent customer escalations
