About This Job

The Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch owns the launch management system that gets Dutchie’s feature and product launches from ready-to-launch through adoption and measurable impact across our full product suite. This is a senior, autonomous role within Revenue Operations, acting as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Enablement, Marketing, Support, go-to-market teams, and most importantly,  our customers.

You will lead complex launches with minimal oversight, proactively surface risk before it becomes an escalation, and own change management for both internal teams and customers. You’ll be equally comfortable driving a cross-functional operating cadence, influencing senior stakeholders when scope or timing is at risk, and pulling adoption data yourself to measure success and impact.

Success is not simply shipping on time; it is ensuring teams are ready, customers understand the value, adoption follows, and each launch makes the next one better.

What You'll Do…
  • Own end-to-end project management for assigned feature and product launches — scoping, sequencing, timelines, dependencies, go/no-go criteria, and post-launch follow-through — in partnership with Product and Engineering leads.
  • Maintain the launch board as the single source of truth, ensuring active launches have clear status, ownership, dependencies, risks, decisions, and next steps.
  • Establish and run efficient, action-oriented launch cadences that keep cross-functional teams aligned, surface decisions early, and drive clear accountability.
  • Design and run internal change management for each launch, including readiness plans for Sales, CSM, Support, Implementation, Marketing, and Enablement, with clear ownership of what must be true before GA.
  • Design and run customer-facing change management, including rollout sequencing, customer communications, pilot or cohort strategy, and coordination with Marketing and Support.
  • Proactively identify blocked or at-risk work, clarify tradeoffs, and coordinate solutions before stakeholders have to escalate.
  • Translate changes in scope, timing, or dependencies into clear downstream business and customer impact, and drive the right stakeholders toward decisions.
  • Develop working product knowledge deep enough to answer audience, functionality, and semi-technical questions on each launch without unnecessary escalation, connecting feature-level detail to customer and business impact.
  • Partner closely with Technical Writing and Enablement, validating that release notes, training materials, internal guidance, and customer communications accurately reflect product functionality and positioning.
  • Define success metrics before launch across internal readiness and external outcomes such as adoption, activation, usage, customer sentiment, and support volume.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and proactively engage pilot, alpha, or early-adopter customers to identify friction, validate value, and surface emerging risks.
  • Build feedback loops that turn launch data and customer signals into action — flagging underperformance quickly and driving retrospectives that result in clear owners and follow-through.
  • Continuously improve the launch operating system by identifying high-leverage process, tooling, or automation opportunities and driving stakeholder alignment through implementation.
  • Use AI and the broader tool suite to accelerate research, synthesize launch signals, improve documentation and reporting, identify risk patterns, and reduce manual work — while applying judgment and validating outputs.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, with meaningful ownership of feature or product launches in a SaaS or technology GTM environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of change management for both internal teams and external customers, including readiness, communications, rollout strategy, and adoption.
  • Strong analytical orientation: able to define launch success metrics, pull and interpret product or usage data, and translate findings into action.
  • Proven track record of proactive communication and risk management — surfaces issues early, frames tradeoffs clearly, and drives toward resolution.
  • Strong facilitation and operating-rhythm skills: keeps cross-functional groups focused, drives decisions, and creates clear accountability without relying on formal authority.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and follow-through: builds enough product and domain expertise to represent launches credibly with stakeholders and customers, and validates rather than assumes.
  • Experience improving cross-functional processes, systems, or tooling and driving those changes through adoption.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders, hold a line on scope or timeline with empathy, and adapt communication for technical, GTM, and customer audiences.
It’s a Bonus if You…
  • Experience with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI or product analytics tools such as Hex or Pendo for pulling and interpreting launch data directly.
  • Experience using AI/LLM tools to improve research, synthesis, documentation, reporting, workflow automation, or decision support.
  • Cannabis, regulated industry, or other multi-segment (SMB / Mid-Market / Enterprise) GTM experience.
  • Background working in or alongside a Revenue Operations function structured around the full customer lifecycle.
You’ll Get…

We are targeting a starting salary of $102,000 - $138,000 based on the intended level for this role.

In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:

  • Full medical benefits including dental and vision plans to ensure you always have the best care.
  • Equity packages in the form of stock options to all employees.
  • Technology (hardware, software, reading materials, etc..) allowance
  • Flexible vacation and sick days

At Dutchie, we’re committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
