  • Mobilize teams around a shared vision and common objectives while facilitating collaboration across business sectors, IT teams and other stakeholders;
  • Maintain regular and transparent communication with governance bodies, project leaders, business partners, Delivery Managers and Portfolio Managers;
  • Monitor project progress and performance, manage risks and issues, implement appropriate action plans and support change management.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has successfully led at least four large-scale strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders and significant budgets;
  • Has demonstrated experience managing business projects and cross-functional initiatives of medium scope and high strategic importance;
  • Stands out for their organizational skills, proactive approach, attention to detail and ability to quickly advance multiple initiatives while maintaining all required follow-ups;
  • Is comfortable navigating ambiguity and can structure new ways of working in a transformation environment;
  • Possesses strong communication, presentation, negotiation and conflict-management skills, along with mobilizing leadership and well-developed political acumen;
  • Demonstrates excellent command of French, both written and spoken, as well as strong analytical and critical-thinking skills focused on solutions and continuous improvement;
  • Has an intermediate level of English and French proficiency, as the role regularly involves participating in meetings and drafting documents with English-speaking and French-speaking individuals across Canada.
  • A relevant project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, PSM I, PSM II or SAFe, is considered an asset.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • A mandate that goes beyond traditional project management and offers the opportunity to build a new way of working from the ground up;
  • A variety of transformation projects delivered in approximately 90-day cycles;
  • Significant autonomy in selecting the project management methods best suited to each initiative;
  • Collaboration with specialists from multiple disciplines, including business, IT, process and performance, human resources, risk and compliance;
  • Significant visibility with senior leaders;
  • A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence;
  • AI is in everyone’s hands, empowering you to increase your personal effectiveness while supporting the organization’s growth;
  • A healthy, safe, fair and inclusive environment where everyone’s potential can be freely expressed and developed.
