Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing Book of Work reporting to senior technology management, business heads and regulators.
- Program Management
- Be the Project Manager responsible for delivery of large cross-organizational initiatives.
- Define scope, objectives and requirements with business end users.
- Establish plans with milestones, assignment of deliverables and checkpoints.
- Create and conduct meetings of key stakeholders.
- Communicate plans and status on a regular basis with all participants and senior management.
- Track progress, identify issues, overcome roadblocks with delivery at organizational scale.
- Be the Project Manager responsible for delivery of large cross-organizational initiatives.
Must Have Skills and Experience:
- A record of delivery as a project manager on large, complex and cross-organizational initiatives.
- A record of managing multiple stakeholder relationships in projects – trading, risk, compliance and technology.
- A deep understanding of at least one area in mortgage trading and interest in learning more.
- Some familiarity with regulation of Mortgage markets and
- A good understanding of core concepts in mortgage risk and pricing.
- Excellent communicator - verbally and in writing – able to present complex topics in a form that is appropriate to the audience.
- A problem solver able to identify and engage other end users or SMEs to get to a solution.
Expected Background:
- 6 yrs + as a business analyst at a financial services firm.
- 6 yrs + as a project manager/ program manager at a financial services firm.
- 3 yrs + exposure to a mortgage trading business
Knowledge of at least one of mortgage trading, financing or securitization businesses is a must.

$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
