Lead enterprise-scale digital health transformation projects across British Columbia, managing legacy-to-modern transitions, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendors, operational readiness, data migration/archiving, IAM, and change management to deliver secure, compliant healthcare technology programs.
This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic digital health transformation initiatives across British Columbia's Provincial Digital Services portfolio. The successful candidate will manage complex enterprise-wide projects focused on digital health modernization, legacy application transitions, governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness. This role requires collaboration with executive leadership, clinical teams, regional health authorities, Ministry of Health stakeholders, and external vendors to successfully deliver high-impact healthcare technology initiatives.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Experience managing large, complex digital transformation programs.
- Strong background in project governance and executive stakeholder management.
