About the Role

Monte Carlo is looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter, GTM, to join our growing People team and play a critical role in our next phase of growth. In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you’ll be more than just a recruiter – you’ll be a strategic partner, shaping our team, building a best-in-class organization, and fueling our go-to-market (GTM) success.

This is a fully remote role, based in the US or London, and reporting to the Global Head of Recruiting.

Applications will be accepted until 5:00 PM PST on Wednesday, October 15th.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer, delivering a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.

  • Partner with GTM leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and develop hiring strategies that drive company goals.

  • Build trusted relationships across teams, providing data-driven insights and regular updates on hiring progress.

  • Source, assess, and close top talent for GTM roles, with a particular focus on candidates from data, dev ops, infrastructure, and AI/ML ecosystems.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent.
Maintain a forward-looking talent pipeline, ensuring the business is well-positioned to meet both immediate and long-term hiring needs.

You're a Fit If You Have

  • 2–3 years recruiting within technical ecosystems (data, dev ops, infrastructure, AI/ML) with proven success is a must

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3+ years dedicated to GTM roles.

  • Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment, balancing speed and quality.

  • Proven ability to use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and optimize recruiting processes.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Track record of consistently delivering high-quality hires against ambitious hiring goals.

You'll Stand Out If You Have

  • Thrived in scrappy, fast-moving environments and find creative ways to get things done.

  • Familiarity with recruiting tools like Ashby and Juicebox, and you leverage them to streamline workflows.

  • Successfully worked highly independently, taking ownership and driving results with minimal oversight.

  • Regularly use data and analytics to influence hiring decisions, identify bottlenecks, and improve recruiting outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 30 days: You quickly build trust with GTM leaders, understand their priorities, and start delivering strong candidate pipelines.

  • Within 45 days: You’ve closed key GTM hires, streamlined processes with data-driven insights, and established yourself as a trusted recruiting partner.

  • After 90 days: You consistently deliver high-quality hires, shape hiring best practices, and help Monte Carlo scale its team with excellence.
