We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter (Contract) to support our Business Development, Sales, and Client Services hiring across the East Coast during a period of elevated hiring demand.

This is a minimum 6-month contract role designed to provide immediate capacity and expertise to manage a surge in hiring volume. The recruiter in this role will be expected to own full-cycle recruitment end-to-end, while also building deep expertise in and helping drive internal mobility efforts across the organization.

This person should be passionate about making connections and energized by identifying entrepreneurial and ambitious commercial talent. In parallel, they will play a critical role in ensuring our internal hiring processes (internal applicants, referrals, and mobility pathways) are executed thoughtfully, fairly, and efficiently.

This position will be based in our New York office and report to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition for Go-to-Market hiring.

What You'll Do:

Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution

  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview management, feedback, and offers across a high volume of roles
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements and deliver against aggressive hiring timelines
  • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across Sales, Business Development, and Client Services
  • Deliver strong pipelines of qualified candidates using both active and passive sourcing approaches

Internal Mobility & Candidate Experience

  • Become a subject matter expert in internal mobility, ensuring consistent, fair, and well-communicated processes for internal applicants
  • Manage internal candidates, referrals, and offer processes with a high degree of care, transparency, and rigor
  • Partner closely with People Advisory Partners (HR) to align on internal moves, performance considerations, and hiring governance
  • Help strengthen and scale internal mobility processes during a period of increased hiring activity

Stakeholder Partnership & Influence

  • Influence and advise Hiring Managers on interview best practices, decision-making, and hiring strategy
  • Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders on pipeline health, progress, and risks
  • Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal partners throughout the hiring process

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain high data integrity within our ATS and ensure accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience during this high-demand period

Who You Are:

  • Ideally 8+ years of recruiting experience, with strong in-house experience supporting Sales or GTM hiring (AdTech or Digital Media preferred)
  • Proven ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment, owning multiple searches end-to-end
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing, including passive candidate engagement
  • Experience managing or supporting internal mobility processes is highly preferred
  • Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and building trust across cross-functional partners
  • Deep understanding of the US media landscape, ideally with exposure to Programmatic
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
