  • Provide secondary production support for Elite 3E and related financial applications; troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolution with team members and vendors, and test and validate fixes.
  • Diagnose and resolve reporting issues involving refresh failures, data accuracy, performance, calculations and access. Trace upstream dependencies and coordinate resolution with application, data and infrastructure teams.
  • Migrate assigned legacy SSRS reports to Power BI, validate output, coordinate user acceptance testing and support production deployment. Identify reports that can be consolidated, simplified or retired.
  • Maintain report access and row-level security in accordance with approved requirements, including matter-level restrictions and information barriers where applicable.

  • Contribute to Microsoft Fabric and AI-assisted reporting initiatives as assigned, including preparing well-defined semantic models and testing new capabilities.

 Qualifications:

  •  Hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power BI reports and semantic models, with strong DAX, Power Query and SQL skills.
  • Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions, validating results and resolving production reporting issues.
  • Experience with SSRS or legacy report migration is preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Azure data services is a plus.
