Provide business development support for the Corporate Finance and Securities practice: manage client targeting, proposals, pitches, marketing materials, thought leadership, directory submissions, and BD analytics. Partner with attorneys, Marketing, and Practice Group Management to execute strategic plans, maintain CRM and reporting, and drive practice visibility and growth.

Leads the firm’s business intelligence function and manages two BI professionals while remaining hands-on. The role owns reporting prioritization, modernizes SSRS reports to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, rationalizes the report portfolio, standardizes data models, and pilots AI-assisted reporting. Responsibilities include building Power BI reports and datasets, optimizing SQL queries, maintaining availability and accuracy, supporting financial reporting from Elite 3E data, establishing governance, and partnering with technical and business stakeholders.

Lead the firm's Research & Intelligence function, overseeing research services, knowledge management, and business intelligence. Modernize systems and workflows, implement AI-powered research tools, manage vendor relationships, build BI products and analytics, steward the Foundation platform, and lead a cross-functional team to surface actionable insights for attorneys and firm leadership.

Design, implement, and maintain on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure (servers, virtualization, storage, backup/DR, and identity). Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation, lead migrations/cloud adoption, enforce security best practices, manage monitoring tools, and produce architecture and operational documentation. Participate in after-hours maintenance and vendor coordination.

Lead modernization and ongoing management of the firms financial applications and processes. Partner with IT and Finance to implement process improvements, ensure data integrity, support reporting and analytics, manage projects and system performance, provide SME-level guidance and training, and drive continuous improvement across financial systems (billing, AR/AP, GL, budgeting, forecasting, time entry, matter intake).

Lead Intune adoption and endpoint management across the firm. Implement Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, virtual desktop solutions, Patch My PC, ThreatLocker, and Nerdio. Develop PowerShell automation and Auto Remediation scripts, build Power BI compliance dashboards, evaluate Microsoft features, and maintain Intune/Azure endpoint infrastructure.

Prepare and process client billings using 3E, generate and manage proforma reports, handle billing adjustments, complete monthly accruals, manage partner backlog via ARCS, resolve billing inquiries, liaise with eBilling team, and support the Billing Manager and department teams on ad hoc projects.

Manage and publish LinkedIn and Instagram content, translate complex legal topics into concise posts, design on-brand graphics, maintain editorial calendar, analyze performance metrics, advise lawyers on best practices, monitor trends and competitors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand, thought leadership, and business development goals.

Provide high-level administrative support to Tax-group attorneys including calendar and travel management, phone screening, time and expense entry, document processing and proofreading, client billing support, file and records coordination, meeting logistics, CLE/Bar tracking, and occasional personal tasks. Works closely with other LEAs and reports to the Manager of Legal Executive Assistant and Paralegal Services.

Support digital marketing by building, testing, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns in Vuture, updating and tagging website content in the CMS, performing QA, coordinating with teams, and assisting with campaign analytics and reporting.

Support paralegals and attorneys on derivatives and structured products matters: draft and file closing documents, summarize transactional histories, assist SEC filings, maintain deal records, use document management systems, and update deal-tracking data. Part-time internship with exposure to securities, tax, trading, and asset management.

The Client Operations Engagement Manager coordinates client accounts, enhancing service delivery by working closely with legal and business teams, ensuring effective communication, engagement and adherence to client guidelines.
