What You'll Do:
  • Conducts a thorough review of Fixed, Variable and Immediate Annuity applications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete external follow up calls to ceding carriers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (such as Product, Sales and Compliance).
  • Completes the data entry of Fixed, Variable and Immediate Annuity applications into administrative systems
  • Provides assistance to Third Party Advisors and their office staff with resolving outstanding requirements
  • Provides excellent day to day customer service to our clients, advisors, and our internal partners
  • Shift Information: This is a full-time position Monday through Friday. Candidates should be flexible to work any 7.5-hour shift between 9am to 6:30pm during the week.

What You'll Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred); high school/GED minimum acceptable.
  • Experience: Significant experience in Insurance or Annuity New Business Processing.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with internal processing systems and workflows.
    • Attention to detail in data handling and compliance checks.
    • Team oriented
    • Call Center back up trained preferred
  • Soft Skills:
    • Leadership and mentoring ability.
    • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
    • Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
    • Self-manageable and proactive

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
