This role will be based in our NYC office, with the expectation to be in the office 1-3 days a week.

About the Role:

As a Senior Research Analyst, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality quantitative & qualitative research projects, applying your knowledge, expertise and analytical skills to support clients in better decision-making.

 

You will work across multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to Project Leads.  You will get to own client relationships, lead direct communications, and play a key role in research design and analysis.

This team is characterized by its flat management structure, high levels of personal career support and opportunities to take on real responsibility from an early stage.  Providing a fast-paced environment where the right person can learn, develop and progress quickly.

No two days are the same in this role! You will:

  • Act as the key client contact while managing the full project life cycle.
  • Draft all core research materials, from questionnaires, tab specs to recruitment screeners and discussion guides, and research reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Support other team members.
  • Analyze data (quant & qual) to create a clear, compelling story that answer the client’s brief.
  • Work with seniors to develop these into draft reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in results presentations to clients.

About You:

  • You are confident in using quantitative & qualitative methodologies within an agency/client setting, with a desire to try new approaches and learn more.  
  • A flair for designing research, with an understanding of different research methods and how to utilize them to meet clients’ needs.
  • A track record of analyzing data to extract pertinent insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experienced in developing and nurturing client relationships, with the ability to articulate insights to clients.
  • Naturally curious, you are someone always wanting to learn more. You will thrive on variety and challenge and being able to balance competing demands on your time
  • You will challenge the status quo and share own ideas of how Savanta/ the team/ accounts can be improved, including how technology can play a role.

Beneficial but not essential:

  • Advanced analytics experience.
  • Consumer, Tech or Media sector knowledge
