About the Role

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to join our growing RevOps team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and making go-to-market teams more efficient and effective.

You’ll own the day-to-day operations across HubSpot, Gong, and Clay, helping Sales, Marketing, and Success teams work faster and with fewer roadblocks. You’ll own things like lead routing, reporting, workflow automation, and data quality. You’ll also be the first line of support for troubleshooting tools, resolving data issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

This is a hands-on, systems and process focused role for someone who loves solving problems, digging into details, and building reliable infrastructure. You’ll work closely with GTM leadership and the rest of the RevOps team to improve how we operate and help the business scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the integrity of our GTM systems by proactively monitoring HubSpot and other tools to ensure clean, reliable data

  • Lead process improvements around deduplication, validation, and automation QA to reduce manual work and increase efficiency

  • Act as the primary technical support for Sales, Marketing, and Success - resolving system issues quickly and anticipating future needs

  • Design and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Google Sheets that surface the right insights at the right time

  • Ensure every GTM initiative is measurable from day one, working cross-functionally to embed tracking and attribution into campaign design

  • Support campaign execution by owning workflows and systems in HubSpot Clay, and Gong

  • Document and standardize best practices to create consistency, scale, and transparency across the GTM organization

  • Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, making thoughtful decisions about tools, integrations, and automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, and take the lead on driving automation and process improvements across the funnel

About You

You’re not just in the tools - you own them. You take pride in clean data, well-structured workflows, and processes that just work. Whether it’s troubleshooting a sync issue, building a dashboard that drives decisions, or untangling a messy lead flow, you lean in with curiosity and ownership.

You’ve likely supported GTM teams before - assisting in translating strategic goals into execution across tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Gong. You’re comfortable being the go-to for systems questions, quick to spot inefficiencies, and proactive about solving them. You think in workflows, document as you go, and always look for ways to automate.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or another early stage startup

  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Vector, PandaDoc, and QuotaPath

  • Experience with sales compensation design and tracking

Even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications, we recommend applying to the role! We are an NYC-based team working out of our office in Manhattan 5 days a week.

Perks and Benefits
  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • Up to 100% employer covered monthly healthcare premium (medical, dental, vision)

  • Daily meal stipend for in office days

  • Tax free commuter and parking benefits

  • Parental leave up to 12 weeks

  • Voluntary insurances (Life, Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident)

  • Employee Assistance Program (Rightway)

  • Unlimited PTO
