Compensation Range
  • Total OTE - $280,000 - $360,000
  • Base salary - $140,000 -$180,000 
🚀 Your Role:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Account Management Sales, North America and based in our New York office, this role sits within our Revenue infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts within the Capital Markets vertical covering the North American region, with a focus on driving sales with existing clients.

You will be an individual contributor with support from a team of experienced colleagues. You will apply a high level of strategic thinking and experience of the sector, in engaging with senior-level (C-Suite) stakeholders. You are comfortable managing sales at an enterprise level and demonstrate the gravitas, knowledge, and ability to represent Xceptor at the highest level.  

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing:Key Accountabilities & responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts in North America.
  • Deliver an annual revenue target, through upsells and new business.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including identification of client solutions, relationship management, product demonstrations/workshops, and contract negotiation.  
  • Develop relationships with decision-influencing senior executives within prospect organizations.

Key Competencies

  • Experience in identifying, managing, and developing large key accounts.
  • A track record including significant sales of technology-based solutions, ideally to clients in the Capital Markets and Financial Services sector.
  • Solutions-driven with a proven record of achieving/exceeding annual quota targets.
  • High level of gravitas, with experience in engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Highly competent in delivering product presentations, managing client workshops, and creating use cases.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and creatively to develop solutions that meet the needs.
