Where You’ll Make a Difference
  • Partner with perfumers to design and create fragrance solutions for fine fragrance specialty briefs.
  • Develop and execute olfactive strategies to support the success of the Specialty category business.
  • Champion consumer insights by assessing preferences and translating them into winning fragrance concepts.
  • Curate fragrance themes, select standout directions, and allocate resources to maximize success under our win-rate strategy.
  • Ensure timelines and budget requirements are met while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Communicate project processes clearly from start to finish, including storytelling presentations to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, consumer insights, scent technology, commercial) to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Leverage IFF’s scent portfolio and cross-category themes for optimal efficiency in project work.
  • Mentor new talent and facilitate olfactive/fragrance training sessions.
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Science or Business.
  • Proven experience in fragrance development and creative direction within the fine fragrance industry.
  • Exceptional olfactive capabilities and creative vision to inspire innovative fragrance concepts.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, high-profile fragrance projects.
  • Ability to analyze data, uncover insights, and apply scientific principles to innovation programs.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance artistry and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and proficiency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines across diverse teams.
