About the Financial Intelligence Team:
We're hiring a full stack Engineer to help spearhead our development efforts on a brand new product that will empower and delight our Business Banking users: Financial Intelligence. Our new Financial Intelligence product will help businesses to make informed financial decisions, provide cash flow analysis, and bring financial data to the forefront of their business operations. You'll build and lead a talented team who will develop this product from the ground up as you realize your impact on thousands of small businesses across the country.

What you'll do:
- Work on a team of full-stack software engineers on a data-centric product
- Own features end to end as we build an exciting new product from scratch
- Provide mentorship and engineering perspective across the organization
- Collaborate with product teams to create and review release targets and sprint plans
- Take part in code reviews and testing
- Ensure delivery of high quality software
What you'll bring:
- Comfort working up and down the stack
- >5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Great work ethic, agility, and experience as a top performer
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
- Willingness to occasionally work in New York City
- Advanced proficiency in some of: Python (especially Django or DRF), JavaScript, React (preferred), modern data stacks (duckdb, snowflake, elt tools, etc)
- Experience at a startup, financial technology firm or lending software company (preferred)
The expected annual base salary for this role is $170,000 - $202,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
