Senior Software Engineer - Frontend Angular

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.

Craft client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.

Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilising project methods and tools.

Proficiently gather requirements and organise/present developed features for clients.

Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.

Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.

Team Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines.

Code Quality and Standards: Enforce coding standards, review code and mentor team members to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.

Problem Solving and Technical Challenges: Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems, ensuring the successful delivery of UI projects

Minimum Qualifications :

A minimum of 6+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below*:

JavaScript: Angular Framework:, RxJS Other : CSS, Micro-frontends,Nx, WebRT

Strong proficiency of design, development, and deployment of robust Java-based microservices applications (Spring Boot).

Solid experience with object-orientated design, design patterns, and software architecture.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, React or similar)

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.

Ensure high quality in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues ensuring high availability and reliability

Additional Experience Desired:

Datacentre working background to understand terminology while capturing requirements.

Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation)
