The Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager will manage Upside's partner distribution network, oversee strategic relationships, ensure performance, promote growth, and address partner concerns to reduce churn risk.

What you will be doing:
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: from strategic sourcing and deal structuring to onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship management.
    • Manage and grow existing partnerships with key industry players, ensuring measurable business impact and mutual success.
    • Source, negotiate, and close new partnerships that accelerate Lightricks’ reach across target verticals, from media and entertainment to design, visualization, and communication.
  • Build operational excellence within the partnerships team: defining scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, marketing, sales, legal, and business leadership to translate partner opportunities into tangible growth initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities, including strategic product integrations, channel partners, and services & solution partners.
Your skills and experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within B2B technology; AI or creative tech experience a plus.
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end partnership cycles, from sourcing and negotiation through execution and ongoing growth.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and limited structure.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and relentless in follow-through - you ensure every project closes strong.
  • Resourceful and proactive: able to navigate ambiguity, find creative solutions, and move deals forward without waiting for perfect information.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing at all levels internally and externally.
  • Deep sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency - you reliably make things happen.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, problem-solving mindset and the resilience to handle challenges with optimism and creativity.
Nice to Have
  • Background in Media & Entertainment, Design & Visualization, or Communication sectors (film/TV, gaming, AEC, eCommerce, social platforms, etc.).
  • Experience building and managing distribution ecosystems, including channels, marketplaces, and services or solution partners.

  • Expected salary range is $140,000-$175,000
