We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst role to be in Galway, Ireland.

A Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing a company's supply chain. This role involves executing tactical planning activities, ensuring seamless demand, supply, inventory, and capacity management. Responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership

As a Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will :

  • Be responsible for leading automation initiatives for information flows between Galway internal site and contract manufacturer.

  • Be responsible to inventory optimization and reduction of Galway site inventory and SLOB to meet annual targets set forth.

  • Drive automation and exception reporting of weekly MRP process and lead

  • Create balance weekly supply plan to meet both customer service, inventory, and operational efficiency targets.

  • Create and weekly detailed Master Production Schedule (MPS) from Blue Yonder system and lead weekly meetings with Regional Demand Planning partners to share supply plan and inventory projection for key regions.

  • Maintain planning parameters in ERP systems to manage E2E production work order flow and coordinate shipments of products within supply chain network.

  • Have ability to work with multiple scenarios, identify costs/benefit trade-offs and make recommendations supported on data and insights.

  • Explore opportunities to leverage and improve the Digital eco system (ERP interfaces, metrics, KPIs)

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Identify opportunities for automation in manual processes (MRP/ERP, purchasing and forecasting processes)

  • Monitor production output through maintaining set of metrics (plan attainment, WOS, OTIF, inventory, absorption, cycle time) for weekly and monthly business reporting. Manage components availability in line with product life cycles.

  • Lead monthly supply S&OP meetings for internal Galway site audience as well as with key external suppliers to review demand changes, net requirements, metrics, and production strategies for alignment.

  • Manage purchasing of raw materials through establishing governance to analyze inventory projections, optimize safety stock setting, and review JDE component parameters to ensure inventory targets are met.

  • Provide support for month end financial reporting and reconciliation of PO invoices to address mismatches.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

  • Honors Degree (NFQ level 8) in Supply Chain Management, logistics, operations, or a related field is required.

  • APICS (Association for Supply Chian Management), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management is desirable.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant working experience.

  • Experience with ERP projects and systems

  • Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and software. (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder, other ERP systems).

  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst or Process Analyst role

  • Strong understanding in production planning and systems is required Experience working with or implementing an S&OP.

  • Scenario Planning experience required.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • The demonstrated ability to identify problems/issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and follow-up to ensure positive results is required

  • Good planning and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Good judgment and problem‐solving ability and is capable of understanding the impact of decision making on both Neuravi and end users.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field.
