Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
  • Proven experience as a senior designer in the retail industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across all categories
  • Expert knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • In-depth understanding of current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for color, composition, and overall design aesthetics
