EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior to join our National Tax Office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment, while providing clients with exceptional services. This individual will receive training and mentorship, along with opportunities for advancement and growth. 

Work you’ll be responsible for: 
  • Responsible for research and analysis of various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues and accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters  

  • Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring 

  • Draft emails and memos 

  • Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax 

  • Assist with Firm-wide trainings in federal income tax 

  • Assist with Federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions 

Basic Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred) 

  • J.D.   

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Tax LL.M. 

  • Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations 

  • Strong analytical and writing skills 

  • Strong proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint)

For Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $150,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
