Who We Are

Perchwell is the modern real estate listings platform built for agents to search smarter, collaborate better, and close deals faster. We are building the future of residential real estateʼs critical listings infrastructure: a platform where market  research and client collaboration converge. Our modern architecture enables continuous innovation at a pace legacy systems cannot match, with AI-powered features and mobile-first capabilities designed for how agents actually work. As consumer expectations and technology evolve, Perchwell remains focused on our core vision:  empowering real estate professionals with the most intelligent, data-driven, and connected platform in the industry.

Backed by leading venture capital firms including Lux Capital and Founders Fund, along with strategic partnerships with some of the country's top Multiple Listing Services (MLSs), Perchwell represents the first major new platform to enter the listings technology market in decades. This unique combination of institutional investment and deep industry alignment provides both the resources and market validation needed to transform the multi-trillion dollar residential real estate industry.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to play a pivotal role in Perchwell’s next phase of scale. This is a strategic execution role for a proven program leader who thrives in complex, high-accountability environments.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, QA, Customer Success, Implementation, and executive leadership to ensure predictable delivery across our most critical initiatives, including transformational infrastructure and MLS-specific deliverables.

You’ll bring structure to a fast-moving portfolio, surface risks early, and ensure cross-functional teams operate with clarity and alignment.

This role is a strong fit if you’ve led multi-stream SaaS initiatives, managed deep technical dependencies, and built execution systems that scale with organizational complexity.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead portfolio-level program execution - define, maintain, and drive integrated delivery plans across Perchwell’s highest-priority initiatives.

  • Establish and manage cross-initiative dependencies - proactively coordinate sequencing, shared resources, and handoffs across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and Go-To-Market teams.

  • Implement standardized reporting and operating rhythms - provide consistent, executive-ready visibility into portfolio health, risks, trade-offs, and mitigation plans.

  • Partner directly with executive leadership - translate strategic objectives into staged, executable plans and surface key decision points early.

  • Elevate execution rigor across the organization - define best practices for program planning, risk management, and delivery hygiene while maintaining speed and accountability.

What You’ll Need
  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or equivalent roles within complex SaaS organizations.

  • Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with significant technical dependencies and executive visibility.

  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture, sequencing, and tradeoffs.

  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with a bias toward outcomes over process.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.

  • A strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capability - able to zoom out to see portfolio risk and zoom in to unblock delivery details.

Who You Are
  • Execution-Oriented Leader - You take ownership of outcomes and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.

  • Systems Thinker - You see patterns across teams and anticipate second-order effects before they become issues.

  • Collaborative Partner - You influence through trust and alignment, not hierarchy.

  • Structured Operator - You bring discipline and visibility without introducing unnecessary process.

  • Calm Under Pressure - You maintain focus and composure when timelines are tight and stakes are high.
